Oh Harro,
I use Mpix for prints and have had good experiences. I was looking into doing some photobooks with them at their 8x11ish size.
They run about 50 dollars a piece for the hard cover ones. (I want to do 4 tops so I know I wont get a discount as far as quantity..)
Has anyone used Mpix for their book making? Do you recommend some one else?
Cliffs: Where2go 4 fotobooks?

Go with Blurb but make sure you opt for the Premium Paper option - i've heard good things.
